After consulting and interacting with karate various role-players from various styles and organizations, for almost 18 months the United a World Karate Federation is now ready for acceptance of National Karate Federation membership into the UWKF as independent KARATE coordinating countries, one per country. We also will be accepting as associate members any traditionally based style organization under the various style structures including all Okinawan styles Our competition forMats will be styles based for kata and our kumite format will ONLY cater for team competition in General, Traditional, Full Contact and Koshiki competition, kata competition will also be in team competition with bunkai only.
All National federation are now encouraged to apply for membership to:
