Unity Agreement what got karate to the Olympics

After attempting to get karate into the Olympics for many years, and after conflict in World Karate for too long the members of UWKF (then members of WKF, Executive Chairman Imtiaz Abdulla was vice President and Chief negotiator with the IOC in the Joint Working Committee a historic agreement was signed in 1996 which got karate back its recognising and ultimate got Karate into the 2020 Tokyo Olympics

World Martial Arts Professional League (WMAPL)

As a way to get our athletes to have longevity in their karate career and towards making karate acceptable to Professional sport. As you may be aware the UFC was sold for $4.5 billion in August 2016 and we believe that Professional Martial Arts will be more dynamic than UFC, We will report more in the future. We are planning our first event in the 2nd Quarters 2022. WATCH THIS SPAce!

UWNAF Investment Trust

In order to plough back into the sport and the ability to chnage the World through karate we have created the UWKF Investment Trust which will be used a trust for good. We beleive that through our association with the World Professional Karate League we will be able to raise a substantial amount of resources to help those inidviduals and countries to develop karate training, facilities and education for especially the youth and women prcatitioners of our sport. More of this will be announced soon
